By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree and consent to all points and statements within this document.
Usage
Our products may not be used in other 3rd part products or as part of any other 3rd party product, or to create any other product.
Shipping
Products are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. You pay for shipping costs. The products may not be used to manufacture or process other products or be included in other technologies. We accept only credit card or PayPal. We will withdraw the purchase amount from the credit card or PayPal when the product is shipped.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on all products provided that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Any defects advertised within 7 days of receiving the order will be considered as timely.
Refund Policy
There is a 30 day return right on all products, but no return on seminars or sessions. The entire order amount is refunded, except the shipping fee, credit card fee and handling fee. You must pay for the shipping back to us. The product must be returned in its original condition.
Emails
Each time you shop at ENAGI you will be created as a user and affiliate on ENAGI, and we will send you an email with log in credentials and information. From time to time we will send you email marketing material. You can always op out of these emails.
Affiliate Program
When you shop with ENAGI you will also become an Affiliate. The affiliate program is in place because we believe that the best ambassadors for ENAGI is our customers. This means that if you refer customer A you will get 20% of customer A’s purchase, if customer A refer customer B you will get 10% of customer B’s purchase. You don’t get a reward from returns, shipping and taxes.
You have to log in via the menu My Pages, where you can see the link you will have to give to the customers you refer to us in order for us to be able to register the customer came from you. You will only get rewards from customers that has used your refer link. Rewards is paid to you via PayPal the 1st each month for the month prior to last month, means the 2nd previous month, thus payout is delayed 1 month. All reward percentages is subject to change, we will let you know.
Privacy Policy And Your Data
We understand and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not reveal your information to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction. We will not give your name, address, order information or email to any third party without your prior permission.
When buying products from our shop you agree and consent that we can collect your full name and full address for shipping purposes, your purchased products and services and your email for sending you your invoice and order updates. When you pay with credit card or via PayPal ENAGI don’t get access to your credit card information or your PayPal information, so these data are not stored with us.
You can access and download all your information from the menu Log in. We will save your data infinite. We will delete your data on your request, but due to Danish law we can’t delete your data earlier than 5 years after your last purchase.
If our data about you is stolen or breached we will inform you by your email.
Limited Liability
ENAGI, its owners and employees has no liability for any loss or damage by using our products, services or advice in any way what so ever.
Danish law
Any dispute between us and you is subject to and will be handled by Danish law.
